Shipping Policy

Free international shipping on all orders over 20 euros.

*We ship to most international countries & regions such as Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Taiwan & China.

Shipping & Returns

We process orders as quickly as we can — typically within 1 business day.

We guarantee the quality of the product and accept return within 7 days after you receive the products. No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.

International Shipping

We offer to ship all over the world and wherever the Postal System delivers.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order online with the link provided in the email. For any questions or concerns, email us and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping Rates

We do our best to offer the lowest rates possible to our customers. All shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates we are charged. Expected shipping time is also available at checkout. Please note that expected shipping time at checkout does not include processing time.

Warranty Policy

We always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any difficulty with your product, just let us know! We honour a 3-month warranty for all of our products and can send you a replacement right away.

This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.
